Steps to activate or disable your brands on the Levanta platform.
Activating your Brands and Setting Affiliate Terms
After adding your Brand Detail page info, you can start to activate the brands you’d like to have listed on the Marketplace for Creators. Keep in mind, after activating a Brand you’ll still need to activate the associated products. You’ll also have a chance to review Creator applications and approve Creators before any promotion takes place. To activate a brand, follow these steps:
Head to the Brands page.
- Select a brand and click Activate. The brand activation widget will pop up.
- Confirm your Affiliate Program Terms. By default, we provide standard Affiliate Program terms for you to connect with Creators. Our terms cover the industry best practices for affiliate program agreements. However, you may also link out to your own hosted terms by selecting “Use custom terms”.
- You will be prompted to acknowledge that your activating this brand will enable your seller account in that specific geo
- You can also click Advanced Options to turn on Auto-Accept Creator Applications. This will automatically accept any creators that applies to join your program.
Disabling or Archiving your Brands
Disabling and Archiving are different concepts in Levanta. Both should be done with the utmost caution.
Disabling (or deactivating) a brand will delete all partnerships with this brand, disable all products, and archive all active creator links. It will also remove the Brand from appearing to Creators in the Creator Marketplace. To disable a brand, click on an active brand and head into its brand details page. Scroll to the bottom, and click “Disable Brand”.
Archiving a Brand removes inactive/disabled brands from appearing in your Levanta brands list. Based on your Amazon Ads configuration, it’s possible you may have Brands you do not want to appear in your Levanta brands list at all. To archive a brand, head to “Brands”, and select the brands you’d like to archive, then select the “Actions” dropdown and select “Archive Brand”. This will archive the brand and hide it from your list of brands.
Activating your Products
There are a few methods for activating your products:
Activating individual products from the product detail page: ****
Click on an individual product to go to that product’s detail page. From there, click Activate at the top of the page.

After you’ve made your selections, click “Actions” on the upper left side of the table, select “Status”, and switch the status to “Active”.

Are deal-adjusted prices reflected in Creator Commission calculations?
Are deal-adjusted prices reflected in Creator Commission calculations?
For Discounts, Prime Day Deals, Prime Exclusive Deals, and Limited Time Deals, Amazon Attribution reports the deal-adjusted price, so commissions will be calculated based on the price paid by the customer.
That said, Amazon Attribution’s reported “Sale Price” does not reflect deal pricing for products sold with certain special promotions: Lightning Deals, Coupons, Promo codes, and Subscribe & Save.
Given that Levanta calculates commissions based on the Sale Price reported by Amazon Attribution, it's important to note that for products sold with the above listed deal types, commissions are calculated based on the product's price before the particular deal was applied.
