Why can’t I connect my Seller Central Account?

Troubleshooting steps:

  1. Are you using the correct email address to connect the proper seller central account?
  2. Are you the top-level user on the account?
  3. If not, do you have the right permissions? (see below)
  4. Are you Brand Registered and have access to Amazon Attribution?

Why does Levanta show “brand does not have attribution access?”

How do secondary users get access to enroll for Brand Referral Bonus or access reporting?

To enroll and access reports, secondary users need a primary user to grant access.

To grant access:

Go to Settings > User Permissions > Manage Permissions.

In Performance section go to Brand Referral Bonus.

Select View to download reports, or click View & Edit to enroll in Brand Referral Bonus.
