What’s new?
Levanta is now available in global Amazon marketplaces. This means that Sellers with storefronts in international Amazon marketplaces can now partner with Creators to drive traffic to their Amazon products.
What countries are available?
Levanta is launching the Global functionality on April 9th, 2024, starting with the UK Amazon Marketplace. Additional countries will follow shortly after, with Canada and Germany being the immediate next priorities. Canada and Germany should become available before the start of Q3 2024. Before the end of 2024, we will add Mexico, France, The Netherlands, Spain, and Italy. We are limited by the countries that have Amazon Attribution support, as additional countries become available, we will add them to Levanta.
How do I enable Global functionality?
Standard and Gold users are entitled to one Amazon marketplace by default. For example, you can choose to either have the US marketplace or the UK marketplace enabled.
If you’d like to enable multiple global Amazon marketplaces, you can contact sales to upgrade to our Enterprise Plan.
How do I navigate between Global Amazon Marketplaces?
To navigate between global Amazon marketplaces you can switch your dashboard view in the top right hand section. Depending on your plan, you may need to upgrade to enable additional global Amazon marketplaces.
Each module in Levanta (i.e. Dashboard, Products, Brands) will only show data for the Global marketplace you have selected. There are two exceptions to this rule: 1) The Creator Catalogue will show all Creators across marketplaces 2) the Payments module will show a unified view of all of your invoices across marketplaces
How do international Creator Commission payments work?
Levanta’s integrated payment partner, Stripe, supports international payments. You will receive a Creator Commissions invoice for each brand in each Amazon Marketplace. For example, if you have one brand in the US and 1 brand in the UK, you will receive two Commission invoices.
What about Global tax compliance?
While Levanta automates the tax compliance process for US Sellers via Stripe’s 1099-K functionality, we do not have a Global contractor tax solution, and Sellers paying Creators in non-US countries should work with a tax professional to understand your tax requirements.
Do non-US marketplaces have the Brand Referral Bonus?
Not yet, and Amazon has not yet announced when/if the BRB bonus will be available in new countries
