  • How do I contact Creators that I’ve approved for my program?

  • I’m not getting picked up by creators, how do I get creators to join my affiliate program?

    Building an affiliate program takes time and dedicated resources. Levanta provides the SaaS tools for facilitating an Amazon affiliate program, and we host a Creator marketplace to help Sellers connect with affiliates. With that said, successful affiliate programs require dedicated affiliate recruitment effort. We highly recommend investing in affiliate recruitment efforts to attract your own partners to your Levanta-hosted affiliate program. You can grab your partner sign up link in the “Partnerships” tab.

  • Is the Brand Referral Bonus (BRB) available in non-USA Amazon Marketplaces?

    No, at this time the BRB is only available in the Amazon.com marketplace

  • How do I receive my Brand Referral Bonus?

    To register for the brand referral bonus, follow the guide on Amazon here: https://sell.amazon.com/blog/brand-referral-bonus. By using Levanta, your Brand Referral Bonus will automatically be applied to sales you drive through the platform. You can track your Brand Referral Bonus on the Dashboard in the Levanta.

  • How do I connect multiple Amazon accounts?

    To connect multiple Amazon account, navigate to Settings → Connections → Add Amazon Connection

  • I know traffic/sales have been driven today, why are they are not showing up in Levanta?

    You’ll begin seeing traffic in Levanta after the first 10 clicks are recorded and you’ll begin seeing conversions after the first sale. Keep in mind that Amazon Attribution data has a 24 hour delay, and thus it may take up to 24 hours for conversions/traffic to be displayed in Levanta.

  • When do I pay commission after a new conversion?

    Invoices are sent for conversions within the first few days of the month after a conversion was made. For example, if a Creator drove a commission on Feb 12th, you would be invoiced for that conversion between March 1st-3rd. Levanta pays out commissions to your Creators within 30 days after the date you were invoiced.

  • What happens if I pay commission to a Creator for a product that is later returned?

    Levanta tracks returns and other scenarios where a conversion is rescinded. If you pay an invoice that includes a commission for a conversion that is later rescinded within 30 days of the date the invoice was sent, we will adjust your following invoice to account for the overpayment. After 30 days from when your invoice was sent, all conversions in that invoice are considered “locked” and adjustments will no longer be made.

  • How do I view conversion-level data?

    While you can review aggregate conversion data in our reporting suite, due to the level of detail offered by Amazon’s Attribution API, we cannot provide in-depth conversion-level data at this time.

  • Can I pay Creators outside of the platform?

    We do not support paying Creators outside of the platform for conversions that are tracked within Levanta.

  • How do I create custom reports?

    We do not currently offer custom reports. Please contact customer success via in-app chat to request new reports you would like to see supported in the app.
