Creator Connections Loyalty Bonus Program

The Levanta Creator Connections Loyalty Bonus Program feature empowers Amazon sellers and their agencies to reward high-performing creators with additional earnings beyond Amazon’s fixed commission rates. This feature gives sellers full control over bonus incentives, attracting and fostering long-term partnerships with top-performing creators while improving ROI. For creators, the program offers new earning opportunities, exclusive brand relationships, and the ability to choose the best promotional strategy to maximize their revenue.

This allows brands utilizing the LBP feature to:

  • Unlock Custom Incentives – Establish private bonus structures beyond Creator Connection’s fixed rates.

  • Attract Top Creators – Recruit and retain high-performance affiliates by providing private offers that incentivize continued growth

  • Maximize Program Incrementality - Reserve premium commission rates for the highest incrementality partners, remaining competitive with targeted partners without paying premium rates to anyone who joins your program.

How it Works

Unlike Amazon’s rigid commission model, Levanta’s Creator Connections Loyalty Bonus Program feature allows sellers to directly incentivize and scale partnerships with their best-performing creators by defining the bonus structure, choosing eligible creators, duration, and product group incentives.

Example:

A seller can reward Creator X with an additional $20 for every $100 in revenue generated on a brand or product group level, while offering Creator Y $125 for every $1,000 in revenue generated. This is in addition to the standard Creator Connections commission.

Creating an LBP

  1. Navigate to Creators -> Loyalty -> Create (button)

  2. In “Program Details” Enter the name of the program you are creating, select the brand, and choose whether you want your program to run for a fixed duration or continuously.

  3. In “Product Selection” you can choose a minimum of two products to be included in your LBP, or select all ASINs

  4. In “Creator Selection” you can choose individual affiliates or all of your affiliates

    1. If you cannot find a desired creator, it may be for one of the following reasons:

      1. Creator has an active partnership with your Brand

      2. Creator has a Creator Connection account and is linked to their Levanta account

      3. Creator has opted in to Loyalty Bonus Programs

      4. Creator is not in an active Loyalty Bonus Program for your Brand

  5. In “Program Summary” you will select the sales target and the bonus amount

    1. Note: You should set your sales target somewhere in the range of $100. The goal of these targets is to be achievable repeatedly for your affiliates

  6. Select Create Program, which will finalize the program as a draft.

  7. Review program details and select “Publish” to send your LBP live

Editing Existing LBPs

  1. Navigate to Creators -> Loyalty -> select the LBP you want to edit

  2.   You have the ability to edit the following information:

    1. Name of LBP

    2. Program duration

    3. Start/End Dates

    4. Target/Bonus Amounts

  3. Scroll further down the overview page to add or remove partners from your LB

    1. Partner adds and removals  will take effect at the end of the month

  4. If you wish to cancel an ongoing or continuous LBP, select the LBP to view an overview of the program. Click the red “Cancel” button and then type “confirm”

    1. This will also take place at the end of the current month
