Getting Started with Levanta

A guide to get started on the Creator side of Levanta

Apply to Join the Levanta Platform

If you haven’t already created an account with Levanta and submitted your application to join the platform, head over to https://app.levanta.io/ to get started

Simply create an account, and you’ll be taken to the platform application form. Fill out your basic details and click “Submit Application” and the Levanta team will review your profile. In the meantime, you can start exploring Levanta and setting up your account.

Setting up your Account

Getting Paid - Setting Up Stripe

Levanta makes it easy to get paid. We partner with Stripe to make payments simple and automatic. To get started, click into the “Payments” tab in the navigation menu and click “Set Up Payments”. This will navigate you to our Levanta-linked Stripe portal. From there follow the basic instructions. You will need:

  1. A Stripe Account - Stripe will ask you to create an account if you do not already have one.
  2. A valid phone number
  3. A bank account or debit card for receiving payments
  4. Tax/identification number (like EIN or SSN)

After completing the set-up process with Stripe, you will be navigated back to Levanta. That’s it! You will now be ready to start receiving monthly payments from your promotional efforts.

Setting Up Your Public Creator Profile

It’s important to set up your Creator profile before applying to Brand programs. Brands are far more likely to partner with Creators that have a profile picture, bio, website, and email address featured on their account.

To set up your Creator profile, navigate to “Settings” and click into the “Team” tab. Here you can setup the following information:

Profile Image - To change your image, hover over the profile picture and click to upload a new image.

Basic Public Details - To update your Company Name, Bio, What Countries You Promote Products In, Company Website, and Company Email, click “Update Team Profile” and enter your updated information

Adding Team Members & Assigning User Permissions

To add a new team member:

  1. Click on “Settings” and navigate to the “Team” tab
  2. Scroll down to the “Team Invites” section
  3. Select “Invite New Member”, enter your teammates email address, and click “Invite”
  4. The invited team member will receive an email with a link to set up their account with Levanta
  5. Click “return to Levanta” on the left side of the page

User Types

Levanta has two user types:

Admin: Full access to Levanta, including Payments, adding new team members, and assigning user permissions

Member: Not able to access to Payments, not able to add new team members, not able to assign/edit user permissions. All other modules are available.By default, all newly invited team members are set to the “Member” user type. 

To assign a new user permission:

  1. Click on “Settings” and navigate to the “Team” tab
  2. Scroll down to the “Team Members” section
  3. Click the pencil icon on the Team Member you’d like to assign a new user permission for
  4. Select the new user permission from the drop-down and click “Save”
