What is Levanta for Walmart?

Last updated: September 4, 2026

Levanta for Walmart is a native integration that enables brands to manage affiliate and creator partnerships for their Walmart Marketplace listings within the Levanta platform, alongside existing Amazon and Shopify programs.

Scale affiliate and creator programs across Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify from one unified system.

Who is this for?

  • Brands selling across Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify that want one platform to manage creator partnerships, performance, and payouts.

  • Sellers scaling on Walmart Marketplace who want to run the same affiliate motion they already run on Amazon on a second marketplace.

  • Brands looking to diversify beyond a single marketplace and reduce channel concentration risk.

Why Walmart?

Walmart Marketplace has become a primary channel for a growing number of brands rather than an experiment.

Levanta's Walmart integration enables brands to:

  • Recruit and manage Walmart-focused affiliate partners

  • Set custom commissions on Walmart products

  • View Walmart performance alongside Amazon and Shopify metrics

  • Run one creator program across all sales channels instead of separate, siloed ones

How to Set Up Your Levanta Account with Walmart Marketplace

Follow the steps below to connect your Walmart Marketplace account to Levanta and start managing your brands and products:

Confirm your plan includes Walmart

  • Depending on your current plan, you may need to upgrade to access Walmart functionality. Contact your Levanta representative or cs@levanta.io to have Walmart enabled on your account.

Go to Settings → Connections

  • Navigate to Settings, then open Connections.

  • You'll see a tab labeled Walmart.

Add your Walmart connection

  • Click Add Walmart Connection and follow the prompts to authorize Levanta.

Syncing Your Walmart Products to Levanta

Walmart product syncing is largely automated and runs on Walmart’s official APIs. Most sellers will not need to take any action after connecting their account, but products can also be managed manually.

Automatic API Sync

  • How it works: Once you connect your Walmart Marketplace (3P) or Walmart Supplier (1P) account via API, Levanta pulls your storefront data directly from Walmart.

  • Refresh frequency: Levanta refreshes product data nightly, roughly every 24 hours.

  • Sync lag: Updates made in Walmart Seller Center or Supplier Center can take 24–48 hours to appear in Levanta.

Where to Find Newly Synced Products

Once the sync is complete, your products will appear under Products in your seller dashboard. Depending on your setup, some new products may instead appear under Archived Products, where you will need to unarchive them, or require a manual import using Update Products via CSV.

Default Status: Inactive

Newly synced products appear as Inactive by default. This is intentional — it gives you time to review the imported data and set your commission rates before products go live for creators.
