How to Request Samples

Easily request, track, and manage product samples from brands directly in your Levanta dashboard.
Important: Only Gold and Enterprise-level sellers offer product samples. If a sample request is not going through, it’s likely because the seller has not enabled this feature.
Your New Samples Hub
You’ll now find a “Samples” tab under the Partnerships section of your Levanta dashboard. This is your central place to manage all sample activities. Track requested, accepted, and declined samples, all in one view.
Requesting Samples is Simple
You can request samples in two ways:
Via Discovery or My Products: On any product page where you’re partnered with the brand, click the “Request Sample” button.
Use the Filter: In the Product Discovery Catalogue, apply the “Samples Available” filter or look for the “Samples Available” badge on individual products.

How It Works
Browse the Discovery tab.
Click “Request Sample” on any eligible product where you’re partnered with the brand.
Wait for approval. If your request is accepted, you'll receive an email from Amazon, and the sample will be shipped directly to your address.
You’ll also be able to track the status of every request and view shipping updates once the order is fulfilled.
Request Limits
Sample request limits are based on your creator tier. Please see our guide on the Levanta Rewards Program.
Select your requests carefully to maximize the value from each one.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How do I change my address for samples? (US Address)
A: You can update the shipping address for the sample feature by following these steps: Settings > Team > Product Sample Address > Update Address. Once updated, the new address will be applied to future sample shipments.
Q: I'm trying to change my address for samples, but it won't let me switch to a country outside the US.
A: At the moment, we only support US shipping addresses for samples. We're working on expanding this support and will notify you once additional regions become available.
Q: I'm already partnered with a brand. Why can't I request a product sample?
A: Even if you're partnered with a brand, the ability to request a sample depends on whether the seller is on a Gold or Enterprise plan and has enabled the Product Sample feature. If the option isn't showing, it likely means the brand hasn't activated this feature yet.
