What Partnering with a Brand Means on Levanta

Last updated: April 14, 2026

Partnering in Levanta is about access and opportunity, not obligation. When you partner with a brand, you can generate attribution links for the commission shown on the product page without any required commitments. So, do you have to promote anything after you partner with a brand? No, but you will then have access to generate links for any of their products and to request samples and messages.

What Partnering Enables

By partnering with a brand, you gain:

  1. Direct Messaging – Communicate with the brand through Levanta’s in-app messaging tool

  2. Affiliate Link Access – Generate unique affiliate links for that brand’s products

  3. Samples- Get access to requesting product samples

What Partnering Does Not Require

Partnering does not mean you are obligated to:

  • Promote a brand’s products

  • Meet minimum promotion requirements

  • Create guaranteed content

Think of partnering as gaining access rather than committing.

Ways to Partner with Brands

There are two ways to establish a partnership:

  1. Accept an invitation – Brands may invite you directly

  2. Apply to brands – Browse the Brand Catalogue in Discovery and apply to brands that interest you

Note: You can only message a brand or request commission changes after your application is approved or you have accepted their invitation.

Messaging and Negotiation

After partnering, use the messaging tool to:

  • Request commission increases on products

  • Share your promotional strategies with brands

  • Build long-term relationships

Best Practice: Request a rate increase only when you have a clear coverage plan. Over-requesting may strain relationships.

The Partnership Process Flow

  1. Discovery → Browse brands in the Brand Catalogue

  2. Application/Invitation → Apply or accept invite

  3. Partnership Established → Once approved, you’re partnered

  4. Generate Links → Create affiliate links as needed. Please see our Knowledge Base for more info.

  5. Optional Promotion → Promote at your discretion

  6. Performance Tracking → Monitor results when you promote

Key Takeaways

  • Partnering opens doors, as it doesn’t commit you to anything

  • Think of it as credentials to access brand opportunities

  • You decide when and how to promote

  • Build your network of partnerships, then promote strategically
