Do I Have to Accept Affiliate Program Terms Before Promoting a Brand on Levanta?

Last updated: April 14, 2026

Short Answer: Yes.

When you apply to join a Seller’s affiliate program on Levanta, you are required to accept their individual Affiliate Program Agreement before the partnership becomes active. This is a standard industry practice across affiliate platforms, and it defines the legal and business relationship between you (the Creator) and the Seller (the Brand).

What Are Affiliate Program Terms?

Affiliate Program Terms are the rules and guidelines set by each Seller that govern how you may promote their products, what compensation you can expect, and what is and isn't allowed in your promotions.

These may include:

  • Commission structure (e.g., CPC, CPA, or hybrid)

  • Allowed promotional channels (social, blog, email, etc.)

  • Branding requirements or restrictions

  • Use of coupons or discounts

  • Prohibited marketing tactics (e.g., bidding on brand keywords in search ads)

Are All Terms the Same?

No. While the majority of Sellers on Levanta use standard Affiliate Program Terms, some Sellers may upload custom terms. These may reflect brand-specific policies or country-specific rules.

You’ll be able to review the terms at the time of application. Once accepted, the terms remain binding for the duration of your partnership with that Seller.

Reminder: Levanta does not mediate or intervene in the terms or enforcement of individual affiliate agreements. The relationship is directly between the Creator and the Seller.

Where Do I Accept Terms?

When you apply to a Seller’s program on Levanta, a terms acceptance checkbox is shown on the application screen. This is required to proceed.

Once you accept:

  • The Seller can review and approve (or deny) your application

  • If accepted, you will gain access to affiliate links, promotions, and payment tracking for that brand

Can I Revisit the Terms Later?

Yes, you can. Just go to the Brand's page and click on the Terms and Conditions button. You can also download the terms and conditions of your partnered brands.

What If I Violate a Seller’s Terms?

Violating a Seller's terms can lead to:

  • Immediate removal from that Seller’s program

  • Forfeiture of pending commissions

  • Potential banning from the Levanta platform (for repeat or severe violations)

Always ensure that your promotional efforts align with what the Seller has outlined.
