Social Discovery connects your brand's social accounts to Levanta so you can effortlessly discover and recruit the right creators on Instagram and Facebook- all without leaving the platform.

Instead of switching between tools and managing outreach manually, Social Discovery brings creator discovery directly into your Levanta dashboard, covering creators both already on the platform and outside Levanta's existing network.

What is Social Discovery?

Social Discovery is Levanta's AI-powered creator search tool. Brands use natural language to find and recruit creators across Instagram and Facebook. You can view creator metrics at a glance and reach out directly - all from one place.

How to Connect Your Social Accounts

To get started, navigate to Social Discovery using the left-hand menu:

  • Go to Creators in the left-hand navigation.

  • Select Social Discovery.

  • Click Connect Social Accounts in the top right corner.

  • Follow the prompts to authenticate and authorize Levanta to access your social account.

Note: Instagram must be connected to a Meta Business account. You can connect multiple social accounts for different brands.

How It Works

Once your social accounts are connected, here is the full workflow:

Step 1 - Select Your Brand

Use the brand selector at the top of the Social Discovery page to choose which brand you are recruiting for. You can connect multiple social accounts across different brands.

Step 2 - Search for Creators

Toggle between the Facebook and Instagram tabs to search across each platform. Use the AI-powered search bar to describe the type of creator you are looking for in natural language - for example: "all creators in the United States that advertise beauty products."

The platform will automatically suggest relevant filters based on your query, which you can apply with one click.

Step 3 - Evaluate and Invite Creators

From each creator card you can:

  • View content, follower count, engagement rate, and audience data

  • Identify creators that are a good fit for your brand

  • Copy invite text or use pre-built templates and send a Facebook/Instagram DM

  • Send a partnership invite directly from the platform

Creator cards show whether they are already on Levanta ("Send partnership invite") or off-network ("Invite"), so you always know where they stand.

Step 4 - Nurture the Relationship

  • Share your invite link with the creator

  • Creator onboards to Levanta and joins your program

  • Send product samples

  • Track their performance from your Levanta dashboard

Creator Filters

Use filters to narrow your search and find creators that match your brand. You can filter by:

  • Country - locate creators based on their location

  • Follower count - filter by creator audience size

  • Interaction rate - find creators with high engagement relative to their following

  • Interests - match creators to your product category

  • Creator audience - filter based on the demographics and characteristics of a creator's audience

Filters can also be applied automatically when you use the AI search bar. The platform reads your natural language query and suggests relevant filters you can apply with one click.

Social Discovery currently supports Instagram and Facebook. Instagram must be connected through a Meta Business account.

Can I discover creators who are not already on Levanta?

Yes. Social Discovery is specifically designed to reach beyond Levanta's existing creator network so that you can recruit off-network creators directly from social platforms.

Can I connect accounts for multiple brands?

Yes. You can connect multiple social accounts and assign them to different brands within your Levanta account.

Does connecting my social accounts affect my existing Levanta programs?

No. Connecting your social accounts is additive and does not change or interrupt your existing affiliate programs, Creator Connections campaigns, Paid Placements, or any other active Levanta workflows.
