How to Set Up Your Levanta Account with Wayfair

Follow the steps below to connect your Wayfair account to Levanta and start managing your brands and products.

Create your Levanta account

• Create your Levanta account using the invite link provided by Wayfair or Levanta.

• Confirm your company name and primary account owner, then invite any additional team members through Settings.

Add your payment method

• Go to the Payments tab and, under Brand Invoices, click Set Up Payments. Payments are powered by Stripe.

Note: Nothing can go live until your payment method is set up, so we recommend completing this step early.

Connect your Wayfair account

• Navigate to Settings, then open Connection Settings.

• Select Connect Wayfair Account and follow the prompts to authorize the connection.

Note: This connection is intended to be a simple, self-serve setup step. No technical work is required from your team.

Activate your brand and products

• Complete your brand profile with your brand name, bio, logo, and contact email, then upload your brand and product imagery.

• Activate your brand, review your synced Wayfair products, and activate the products you want creators to promote.

• Set your commission rates, either one rate across all products or rates by product or product group.

Recommendation: Start with a broad set of eligible products. Creators can only earn commission on products you have turned on.

Syncing Your Wayfair Products to Levanta

Wayfair product syncing is automated. Most suppliers will not need to take any action after connecting their account.

• How it works: Levanta connects to Wayfair using one-click OAuth authentication via the Wayfair Supplier API. This is what pulls in your catalog, pricing, and discounts, similar to how Seller Central works for Amazon.

• What syncs: Your eligible Wayfair products, along with the pricing and product data used to build creator links.

Once connected, your eligible Wayfair products begin syncing into Levanta and appear under Products in your seller dashboard.
