Creator FAQ's

Frequently asked questions about the Creator side of the Levanta platform.

Q: How do I request product samples from brands?

A: Once your partnership with a Seller is active, you can request product samples directly through Levanta. Navigate to Partnerships > My Products and look for products that have sampling enabled. Not all products are eligible, as this is determined by the brand. On any sample-enabled product, click Request Sample to submit your request. Your shipping information is handled securely through Levanta and shared directly with Amazon, so you won't need to provide it to the brand manually. You'll receive an in-app notification once the brand approves or declines your request.

Note: Sample availability is subject to your creator tier limits. Starter tier creators can submit up to 3 requests per day and 5 per month. You can also check our guide on How to Request Samples.

Q: Why did my conversion get removed?

A: Levanta tracks returns and other scenarios where a conversion is rescinded. For example, if a product is returned within 30 days after the end of the month in which the conversion was driven, you will not earn a commission for that product. After that, all conversions in that month are considered “locked,” and adjustments will no longer be made.

Q: I know traffic/sales have been driven today, but why are they not showing up in Levanta?

A: You’ll begin seeing traffic in Levanta after the first 10 clicks are recorded, and you’ll begin seeing conversions after the first sale. Keep in mind that Amazon Attribution data has a 24-hour delay, and thus it may take up to 24 hours for conversions/traffic to be displayed in Levanta.

Q: When do I get paid my commission after a new conversion?

A: You’ll get paid 30 days after the end of the month in which the conversion was driven.

Invoices are sent to Brands for conversions you’ve driven within the first few days of the month after a conversion was made. You get paid 30 days after the invoice is sent to the brand. For example, if you drove a conversion on Feb 12th, the brand would be invoiced for that conversion on March 1st. You’ll be paid out on April 1st. Keep in mind that it may take a few business days for the payment to process after it is sent.

Q: What happens if I drive a conversion for a product that is later returned?

A: Levanta tracks returns and other scenarios where a conversion is rescinded. If a product is returned within 30 days after the end of the month in which the conversion was driven, you will not earn a commission for that product. After that, all conversions in that month are considered “locked,” and adjustments will no longer be made.

Q: How do I view conversion-level data?

A: While you can review aggregate conversion data in our reporting suite, due to the level of detail offered by Amazon’s Attribution API, we cannot provide in-depth conversion-level data at this time.

Q: Do you have a public API?

A: Our public API is in development and will be launched very soon. Keep an eye out for updates via email.

Q: How do I create custom reports?

A: Currently, we do not support this out of the box, but please contact customer success via in-app chat or your sales representative, and our team may be able to add reports for your use case.

Q: Is Levanta limited to Amazon.com or can I promote Global Marketplaces as well?

A: Levanta launched Global functionality on April 9th, 2024, starting with the UK Amazon Marketplace. Additional countries will follow shortly after, with Canada and Germany the immediate next priorities. Canada and Germany should become available before the start of Q3 2024. Before the end of 2024, we will add Mexico, France, the Netherlands, Spain, and Italy. We are limited by the countries that have Amazon Attribution support. As additional countries become available, we will add them to Levanta.
