Why Did My Conversion Get Removed?

Last updated: April 14, 2026

Levanta tracks returns and other scenarios where a conversion is rescinded. If a product is returned within 30 days after the end of the month in which the conversion was driven, you will not earn a commission for that product. After this period, all conversions for that month are considered "locked," and no further adjustments will be made.

Understanding Levanta Commissions

Commissions are how creators earn profits through Levanta. To ensure transparency, it's important to understand the conditions under which commissions apply:

  • Commissions apply only to:

    • Direct product links.

    • Other variants of the linked product.

    • Other products within the same brand catalog.

  • Commissions do not apply to all other products in a shopper’s cart unless they meet the criteria above.

If you believe there was an error in your commission calculation, we recommend reviewing the criteria above to ensure eligibility.

Requesting Private Commissions

If you're looking to negotiate better commission rates with brands, you can request private commission rates. Learn more about how to do this here: Requesting Private Commission Rates.
